At first I was satisfied with the product. I LOVE having a keyboard as it would be much easier to use and much faster to type. BUT, the keyboard doesn't sync or something. I put new batteries in, plugged it in, unplugged it and restarted the USB receiver and it still doesn't work. It's so frustrating. I spent extra money to buy this for the keyboard and ended up with a remote control. Other than that, it's what I expected. UPDATE 12/16/2019 I received an email from their support team and they said they would send me a new paid keyboard and after a few months nothing. There is still no working keyboard and only in words. Very disappointed. 06/02/2020 One keyboard exchanged, the second one also broken. So I'm not sure about the supplied keyboards. The new keyboard that was sent to me for one of the two devices I bought worked without any problems. It could just be old batteries that aren't working.
