will do just fine! I dived into 50 degree water with this kid and felt nothing. This is fantastic. Even wearing it at 40 degrees makes you so warm! The only problem. this thing is HEAVY. I'm sure it will stretch at some point, but the first few times I put it on I couldn't take it off. it was such a fight. and I could hardly breathe when the top was fully attached (as it should be). I had to cut off parts of my arms and legs and make cuts in my neck so I could breathe. and I received the right size wetsuit based on my height, weight and gender. sooo Hm. With the parts cut off this is a short wetsuit that still works great and is much more comfortable. Just something to think about.
