This watch is everything that we expected it to be. I love the fact that you can lock the buttons, so my father does not accidentally change the settings. The volume is not very loud. My father has normal hearing and does not hear it sometimes. However, we have the vibration on and he feels that every time. So someone with poor hearing will not be able to hear the alarms. My only wish is that they would combine this type of watch with a fitness tracker so we can track your sleep, steps, pulse, etc.
