Review on 🦷 SWIDENT Sensitive Toothpaste 75ml - Effective Sensitivity Relief and Enamel Protection by Heather Phillips

Revainrating 2 out of 5

too sweet and not stannous fluoride like other toothpastes for sensitive teeth

Firstly, it tastes too sweet and doesn't refresh my mouth, but that can be subjective. I really felt the need to brush my teeth again sooner than I would with my regular toothpaste because I felt my teeth were building up plaque along the gum line. They do not post the ingredient list online on the Amazon site. My dentist recommends using stannous fluoride toothpaste to desensitize your teeth, but turns out that toothpaste doesn't have it in it, so I'm not sure what they mean by "desensitizing". Instead, like any other regular toothpaste, it contains sodium monofluorophosphate and it doesn't even list the amount the FDA requires, and there's no safety warning against accidental ingestion, not that I'd eat it without warning. . For the astronomical price they charge, this is a very mediocre toothpaste. I haven't felt any relief from the toothpaste at all from the dry mouth, another claim they make here. This is a list of ingredients from their website. ], Hydrated Silicon, PEG-12, Betaine, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Glycosaminoglycans, Cellulose Stone, Sodium Monophosphorus Phosphate, Menthol, Aroma/[Aroma], Assenidic Sacharynic Acid, Phenoxyetanol, CI 42090/CI 42090 [BLUE 1]
