Essential baking tool

Heavy weight with inches marked instead of cm I keep mine rolled up with a parchment paper liner and velcro around it. I have found that I can prevent slipping by wiping the table with a damp cloth before unfolding the mat. I only used it to roll out dough, not as a baking sheet. With such dimensions, this is a good sized, uncluttered work surface for working with dough. The surface can be rubbed with a baking scraper to clean most of the surface. It's so big I have no idea how it will work in the dishwasher even though it's dishwasher safe. I put mine in the sink with hot soapy water and then set them on a colander to dry after patting them with a kitchen towel.
