Review on πŸ‘ BIOTONE Dual Purpose Massage Creme 1 Gallon: Versatile and Nourishing Creme for Professional Massage Therapy by Erica Williams

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Many professionals use dual-purpose Biotone, we also use it at home

Many professional massage therapists use dual-purpose Biotone in their practice from my experience a lot in the USA. It's so good we use it at home too. There are many self-massage techniques we use to improve our health and reduce pain from a variety of issues. Arnica and ivy are good for the circulation, arnica helps with bruises and sprains, tension and more. Knotty Muscles? Overworked muscles? I use two purposes to help me clarify this. I was able to show my husband, who is very new to massage technique, just enough for him to really understand my various issues - the dual tone makes the total newbie feel like a pro! I really appreciate the hypoallergenic nature. and with the fact that it doesn't contain any petroleum based dyes – something Biofreeze needs to get rid of as I always get nauseous when a massage therapist accidentally uses it on me (FD&C Blue 1 is a bad player!) when I Dual Purpose regularly, drying out my skin is a thing of the past. We literally don't buy any skin lotions or creams other than Biotone Advanced Therapy Massage Lotion Gallon #ATL1G which ironically works really well in our lotion and soap dispenser. I recommend a dual purpose cream for both professional and home use. The only downside to the dual purpose is that it's so thick that it won't typically work in a pump dispenser (if not maybe heated?), which is not only a necessity for many LMTs, but also a requirement in some states (and LMT is known to me). who ignore that requirement anyway and use a dual purpose since it's that good.)

Pros
  • Dual-purpose cream: Combines the benefits of oil and lotion
Cons
  • some mistakes
