Review on Acer Chromebook 11.6-inch, Intel Celeron N2840 Dual-core 2.16GHz, 4GB RAM, 16GB Storage, Chrome (Renewed) by Jamar Gow

I bought 3 of these. I have Samsung and Acer. Didn't even bother to open the 3rd which arrived 3 days after the first 2 and was sent by a different carrier than the first 2. The Samsung computer had 50% battery when I received it and we installed everything. high. The battery was starting to run low so we plugged it in. About an hour later, the Chromebook still wasn't charging. All the lights came on, but no charge was required at all. We couldn't turn it on anymore. The Acer we opened powered up and worked great. I plugged it in and the charge got so hot it melted the plastic cover on my dining chair. You could smell melting plastic and the charger was so hot I had to lift it off my chair with an oven mitt to let it cool. I returned them all without even opening the third box.
