*Update #3* This is what I was looking for!

**Review Update #3 from 09/10/2020**• 09/07 Finally a replacement keyboard! It works great and comes with a main features manual which I didn't get the first time around. Very helpful. I value excellent customer service. They said they would send a replacement. No questions. • 20.08. They emailed me that a new keyboard had been shipped and I should receive it within a week. • 27.08 No keyboard. I sent an email requesting an update. Their response was "Hi, I want to ask my colleague, please wait a moment, thanks." I haven't heard from them. I haven't had a keyboard for two weeks. I have used it regularly and now that school has started I will need it more often. I temporarily lowered my star rating. When the issue is resolved I will make adjustments accordingly.**Review update #1 of August 15, 2020**About a week ago everything worked as stated in my previous review of the first answer. As I suspected, gestures have become second nature to me and my concerns about the durability of the case have long been allayed. The keyboard stopped working last week for no apparent reason - mouse works, keyboard doesn't. Neither my iPad nor my keyboard were affected (and never were). It's always been a simple daily use. I have not contacted the sellers yet but will let you know when I do and the outcome. I hope they stand behind their product and have solid customer service and support overall. INITIAL REVIEW I just got a 7th Gen iPad 10.2 and really wanted a keyboard with a trackpad (seems pointless without it), but didn't want to spend money on others I've found - which don't have many with trackpad functionality . There were two reviews at the time of purchase and I wouldn't normally take the risk, but I took the risk and I'm so happy I did! While I haven't dropped it and hope I never will, the case feels sturdy enough for my iPad to feel secure inside. Pairing and setting up settings was quick and easy (have to change touch assist setting on iPad 10.2). Due to the keyboard's small size, I thought it might be uncomfortable to type on, but that's not the case at all. I agree with another reviewer that the trackpad takes a little getting used to, but I'm sure the functional gestures will become second nature. in time. There are only two things I would like to change: 1. Sometimes it feels like it's tipping over, so a kickstand would be a nice touch. And as they say.2. It could open wider - say 180° would be awesome. It stopped abruptly and I could see that the device had accidentally been pushed too far and was breaking off. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone! I will update if I run into any problems in the future.
