Cannot be returned as it was ordered at the start of preparations for the upcoming school year and the return period has expired. When it first arrived we thought it was very cute and good quality. My high school daughter doesn't pick at anything, takes good care of her. A week later, lightning broke in at the school. I guess within the first week one of their teachers had to correct it. Every time the zip is closed the zips don't snap making it almost impossible to get the zip back where it belongs so you might want to try again. This leaves stains on zippers that are not closed at all. One day it was raining and she had to walk from building to building. Everything in it was soaked, including her Chromebook that was there and her school books. On that day, after only 2 weeks of use, we decided to snag last year's backpack. The one used at school for over a year has been walked and is still in good condition. Also, the one that worked was cheaper than the one in question. So overall it's nice, but there's nothing to protect things inside if it rains a bit and it's extremely difficult to constantly struggle with zips to keep them closed. For your information. It was closed while walking from building to building in the rain, just not intended for general student use. Very disappointed, we just wasted our money. I think that's the risk you pay when you order things more than 30 days after intended use.
