Doesn't work in decor

Internal UV lamps will not turn on. I figured they might just turn off when I open the lid. So I recorded a video during the renovation. The entire video was black except when I opened the lid and let in the outside light. The only takeaway is that this only flashes the green button at you for a few minutes. Absolutely useless.
