I've had this little decoration in my freshwater aquarium for a year and thought it would make a fun foreground element. As with most aquarium molding it had to be filed with a few sharp spots rather than a big hoot. Literally a year after purchase, the paint began to fall off in flakes, and now only a few small patches of paint remain. I keep it in the tank because some of my fish have made it their permanent home, but without the paint it just looks like a dull soft ball of resin until you can get close and see it's meant to be a cute little one. sunken UFO. I have other space themed decorations that have sat in this tank for much longer without losing color so in a long bug this was a disappointment.
