I do a lot of bending that makes my back hurt. Wanted some type of lightweight brace that I can wear when I'm doing house or yard work.This brace is very light and very comfortable to wear. Velco holds it nice and tight that gives me the extra support that I need.Yes, it does get a bit hotter underneath the brace but, not as hot as some other non breathable ones have been. Plus it's in the 90s and hot outside. I expect more heat under it.Easy to just hand wash and air dry. I do it at night so it's ready to wear again the next morning.I'll continue wearing this brace as long as it continues to work.
