It's great in concept and execution but poor quality
I like our bumper, it keeps our pup from sliding through the iron fence. The puppy doesn't mind at all, which surprised me. I thought she would hate it. 3 stars because it doesn't hold up that well. We had this for a month: one of the black tags was too small for the collar (they all seem to be different lengths), a button came off and 2 black tags came loose and now it's torn in place. the seams of these places. (The pup has never played with it or chewed on it.) This is necessary for its purpose because in fact it is unique. I just wish the quality was better, especially for the price.
