I have been using this service for years as well with great success! The customer support team has always gone above an beyond in getting me what i need when needed most!! There are many features but if you dont ask they will not tell u about them until its too late.

Get more info before making your decision because there really isn't anything wrong other than being able use all of their services at once without having multiple accounts or contracts etc.. This helps keep costs down also by combining everything into one account which saves time/money compared going through different companies separately.
