The first few times I used it perfectly but it seems it can only be used once. When I tried to thread the bottom spool, the thread would not pick up. I disassembled the bottom bobbin case and found that the needle threader timing was completely out of whack! I've seen smaller and cheaper sewing machines than this have this problem and they can be easily disassembled and repaired. I can't fix the workings of this unit unless I disassemble it to the point where I can't put it back together - I don't even have the right tools. I've called several sewing machine repair shops and found that a professional repair would cost the same as buying this junk... I'm disappointed that this is such a simple yet impossible problem and of course I'm not finding it until the return window closes.
