Good but not nearly $50
Looks exactly like the pictures. Well built with no wobbly edges or cuts. Works fine as I hoped. However, the wood is very, very light, like cork. The bottom of the boxes looks very sensitive. Obviously you won't (and can't) load them with anything heavy, and that's a good thing since they break pretty quickly. It's not exotic or expensive wood, so I'm guessing the margins are insanely high for this thing. This is not a $50 tree. I hope this lasts, after all his only job is sitting on my desk holding pens and jewelry. If they lowered the price to around $25-$30, it would get a much higher rating.
