We bought this for our cockatiels when we were out of town for 10 days. It worked great and being able to set the trigger time was a nice feature. My only complaint was discovering where the food comes out. We feed our fish pellets and I couldn't open the hole properly. Either he didn't release the pellets or there were too many for just 1 fish. My husband drilled a hole in the plastic to adjust the amount of pellets released. Overall a great product but needed a little tweaking. The fish were alive and well when we returned from our trip.
