I will never buy anything from Dell again. At first, everything was ok with the laptop. But until I needed to reinstall windows. This is where the thrashing started. The specific problem is screen flickering. It is noticeable only if you look closely, but it is very irritating to the eyes with prolonged exposure. I ated all the drivers through the official dell utility designed for this (dell support assist, dell ate), ated all windows ates. After that the problem did not disappear. I took the laptop three times to a certified service center under warranty, they couldn't do anything. According to them, they contacted dell, described the problem, to which dell replied that this was not a marriage or a defect, that this was supposedly normal and that they would not change the device. Later I found a way to fix this problem. To do this, two steps had to be taken. 1) install all drivers manually, dell ate can't handle it. 2) in the intel graphics control center, disable the panel self-refresh function. If it is enabled, the screen will flicker. But then the problem returned, after the next windows ate, the screen began to flicker again. Nothing helped. I had to do a system reset. It's just awful, I would rate zero.
