I'm an avid runner from Dallas, Texas. I've had the vest for a few months now and it works really well for cold mornings, adding warmth without adding weight/bulk. I'm 5'3", 110" tall; very average build. The medium size was a bit too big for me but still works well especially when worn over a heavier blazer/shirt. I love the front zip pockets. The front of the vest is lined, the back is not. The collar at the back is high, which is ideal for keeping out the cold, but tapers forward to avoid chafing the chin. in the dryer.
