This is my first time writing a review on Amazon. The reason is VOCH's amazing customer service! I had problems with the original unit they sent and a replacement was at my doorstep within 24 hours. It's nice to know that there are still companies that fully and responsibly endorse their products. As for the product, it's a lovely little device that packs a lot of sound and light. The battery life is even better than I could have imagined (hours of use hardly affect the charge). With all that has been said and done, I would unreservedly recommend it to others, especially at its price. I've only had the device for less than a week, so hopefully over time I'll get a better understanding of its durability. - ssweatherbee
