Review on Enhance Your Vehicle's Load Handling with AIR LIFT 57154 LoadLifter 5000 Series Air Spring Kit by Daniel Evans

I ordered three items, a front kit, a rear kit and a compressor/tank/gauge kit from Airlift. This front kit was specially developed for my Ford F250. The instructions were very inadequate and confusing. Better to do without. Worse, the 4 U-bolts that came with it weren't long enough. Only about 1/2 of the lock washer could be clamped onto it. It took a long time to find suitable U-bolts in various local hardware stores. Not only for the front kit ordered here, but also for the rear kit. It didn't really matter as all the nuts and bolts (including the U-bolts) were among the weakest. More than 20 pounds of torque and they'll break. Most likely cheap Chinese imported steel. Overall I spent more time looking for good quality stepladders which is why I got one star. It shouldn't be that hard to get the correct U-bolts in place.
