I've wanted a convection oven for a long time, but I don't have the space for it. On this grid with a pan underneath I can cook french fries, whole chickens, appetizers, whatever I want and get almost the same effect as air frying. It just might take a little longer. But I don't mind waiting. It's still juicy, crispy, and uses far less oil than any other cooking method. I even use it to make cheese toast and chill chocolate chip cookies. Not very healthy I know, but so tasty for in between meals. Maybe someday I'll have room for an air fryer, but until then I'll love it. I actually received mine from store, like new. In fact, it was really new, still in plastic packaging. So I love it even more and can only recommend it!
