Review on CiviCRM by Robert Gilbert

I like how easy it was for people in our organization who were new at using this software; they could find what we needed quickly with minimal training! It's not as user-friendly if someone has never used an online database before or doesn't have much familiarity w/ computers (and therefore web browsers). We've been able fix some of these issues by adding more staff members but having enough resources can be difficult when there are other priorities within organizations such as safety concerns etc., especially after 9/11 happened here where i worked years ago!!
