Ideal for trailer security. This is one of those items that you can set and forget. The quality is good and the drill that comes with it works perfectly. It's no better than other cameras in low light, nor does it have infrared LEDs, but it still works well at night. more than it actually is, but it's good. Ask someone for help when setting it up, one person looks at the screen, the other adjusts the angle of the lens, it has up/down adjustment, not much but wide angle. If you don't know where to install it, on the way back, place sticks on the ground, mark where you think you want to be closest to another car, sidewalk, etc. Plug it in and play with height and tilt, then look at the screen while the camera is in the most comfortable position for you. It's easy to install, just do it step by step, connect the power to the reverse light, or if you want it on all the time (like a rearview mirror), run the wire to the spare fuse.
