Great product for working with sous vide. If you have a metal pan, you only need one magnet for each vacuum bag. Otherwise, you can place the bag between two magnets to keep it submerged. One of my magnets arrived with a crack in the outer silicone. The owner quickly fixed the problem and replaced it immediately. Great product and great attentive customer service! Highly recommended.
