Review on Hamilton Beach 37518 Uncooked Resulting by Rene Putman

I have used this product many times. Cook rice well. After the rice was done, I wiped the inside of the rice cooker with a paper towel or sponge to remove any remaining residue. Today I took it out to cook quinoa and it was covered in fluffy mold inside. Upon closer inspection, I found black mold behind the rubber seal and in the rolled aluminum that is part of the lid. It's so gross that it's impossible to clean it without taking apart the entire product, screws and all. And the wrinkles on rolled aluminum remain moldy. DO NOT buy this product. I don't think it's safe. Unless you like mold.
