Makes paper transparent - leaves no dry crackle

By the way, this makes your papers, photos or magazine prints transparent. It does not dry out and leaves a crackling effect. There's really no drying time as the icing goes through the paper and you then "polish" the excess. However, it will still be sticky afterwards. Be especially careful with magazine printing or other thin types of paper. This almost ruined my project. It works well with ModPodge.
