I bought 2 of these USB monitors for my 17 inch laptop. I had no problem setting them up on my HP laptop, plug and play for me. I particularly like the fact that they are USB powered and you don't have to plug them into an outlet, but of course if your laptop is unplugged battery life will be drastically reduced. The images are nice and sharp for what I use them for. (I've tried using a USB hub but only one monitor works so I have to use 2 USB ports to get both monitors working at the same time.) The only thing I don't care about and it might be the laptop that this does but to move the mouse pointer to other monitors i can only move to the right i have a monitor on each side of my laptop and i would like to be able to move left or right to the appropriate monitor but i can only move to the right and then go Go back left to my laptop no shop just something to get used to other than very happy with the purchase.
