I wanted to like it but the first time I used it, one of the two fans shorted out and died within two minutes. I wrote to support and told them about my problem and they told me to send a video of a dead fan. The fan is inside the machine and is not easy to film. I tried to record a video but my video was too big to send so I gave up. Sent back to Raven. It was a great idea, but it was pointless for me to wipe one hand at a time. Need better product design to avoid dying on first use. Disappointed.Update: Customer support contacted me again about wrong install, right. I will additionally update the review in case the new machine lasts longer than a day.
