These are not flimsy stickers, they are a heavier material like cardstock. They held their shape while i placed one side, and there's a perforation where I folded the tab and pressed down the other side. They're very easy to apply. I even had to pull one off because i put it in the wrong place, and i was able to get the tab back off and reposition it. These feel sturdy and i appreciate that there are also 12 blank tabs in case i need them for something. The tabs come with a placement guide. I put these in a personal sized planner, but i just made marks for my paper size and still used the guide to place my tabs, it was very helpful. I definitely recommend these.
