This product has one great advantage: you get two for the price of one. The downside is that if the first one fails, you'll need the second one. The material that makes up the adapter is very pliable and bends easily, making the connections inside the connector unreliable. I used this for my Dell Dock as the dock's USB-C connection is very stiff and the connector is long and bulky. So having a 90 degree connector that runs through the side of my computer is much more desirable than sticking straight out of the side. There is so much movement and carelessness in this adapter when plugging in that it needs to be plugged in almost every time for it to work and any slight movement will cause it to stop working.
