Originally bought another brand but couldn't find it. This other brand was unreliable at best and bothered my husband who has never used a power knife. Came back and found this brand after searching several brands. Arrived as promised, neatly packaged in a plastic box for you to keep a knife and carving fork. The blades and handle are stronger than the previous purchase. It worked like magic and after a few swipes down my husband felt good about it. Washed two linked knives and wiped the block. I have small hands and was able to control it with no problems. So glad it happened through trial and error. In my opinion the product is of good quality.
