This set works great! It's so easy and fun! Aside from making your own ingredients, the kit comes with everything you need, including beeswax, lotion molds, lip balm containers, gift bags, and instructions on how to make everything. I have a few tips for this product. 1. It takes a little longer than stated to heat up the wax. I had to put it in the microwave 2x1 minute to make it melt. Heat it once for 1 minute and 30 seconds or 2 minutes depending on your microwave. 2. The lotion recipe and lip balm recipe dry out very quickly (because they turn into wax), especially the lotion recipe. I lost a whole lotion because of this. If you want to be on the safe side, add some wax and oil to the mixture. 3. Make sure to turn the lip balm right side up right after putting the mold on to put the lip balm into the mode. This allows the lip balm to last longer while in the container.4. When removing the lip balm from the mold, be sure to press down lightly on the lip balm to keep it from falling out.
