Review on ๐Ÿ’ช Loctek Heavy Duty Gas Spring Swing Monitor Arm Desk Mount Stand - Fits 10-34 inch Monitors, Weight Capacity of 13.2-33 lbs by John Sharma

Great mount for large monitors and TVs. Just check the weight and VESA compliance of your display first.

As already mentioned here, check the weight of your monitor before deciding on the model of stand you want to buy. This stand works with the expectation that your monitor or TV will weigh more than the minimum weight required for the mount itself. If you buy a heavy version, with a minimum weight of around 20 pounds, a monitor that weighs "just as much or less" can't stay "lowered". I personally bought a high performance model to install Vizio. 43 inch 4K TV on my desktop. Its "about 21 pounds" weight works, but if it's smaller or lighter I'll have to upgrade to a model that's rated for less weight. Please note that mounting this TV to this armrest requires the use of a Vesa 200mm adapter mount, which was completely painless (and has a slightly increased overall weight, which helps). Many options are available here at Revain. The arm itself has great build quality, it has a USB slot and cable that works great with an extension cord if your computer isn't within 6ft or so, as well as analog audio jacks for a 3.5mm mic and a headset. I don't use it but they are. The cable management stays in place and does its job. One thing to note: the monitor tilt is a compression fit around a rubberized surface. This means that if you're hanging a large piece of glass (like a 43-inch 4K monitor) and then tighten it, you might end up sagging a bit, as the glass is hanging a couple of inches from the mount itself (it's probably more). noticeable if you have a thicker TV, a few inches deep versus something ultra-thin or edge-lit). So you tilt the monitor a few inches and then let go of the monitor and the weight of the glass tilts back a little before catching and holding. The problem only arises if you want to constantly mess around with tilting your monitor up/down, and even then it doesn't matter. I'm not sure whether or not constantly adjusting the tilt based on your monitor's height is detrimental to the longevity of the faucet. Your mileage may vary.
