Overall, this espresso machine keeps what it promises. Mine was durable and I had no trouble using or cleaning it. Handling is very simple: you fill the base with water, fill the funnel with ground coffee and then screw on the lid. I have a ceramic hob and it works with no problems. I would say it takes about 5-6 minutes to make coffee. This probably depends on your stove and how hot you have it. My only two concerns are that the handle gets pretty hot and you need something to hold it. And another problem is what other people have said... "3 cups of espresso" isn't really "cups". It's more like "3 shots" espresso. This is a REALLY SMALL espresso machine. The capacity is only 5 ounces. Otherwise I like it.
