I liked how it was able to understand my queries very well without any problems at all. It also helped me with some of my daily tasks like searching through documents or emails. The only problem i faced was when i needed more information about something which required human intervention such as booking tickets etc. But this could be because of the fact that i did not have much experience using chatbots in general so maybe if you are used to them then they will work better than mine. We were solving our customer service issues by providing 24/7 assistance via live chats and ticketing system but we realized there was still room for improvement since customers were always left waiting for responses from us. This is where Agreya came into play. They provided excellent customer care and solved most of our issues within minutes.
