This is not so much a review as a help to others as I have not seen anyone in a review or Q&A that answered this question clearly. Many leave bad reviews about this because the screw that holds the inside handle is missing. I spent a decent amount of time looking for that missing screw. As I searched the bags and the box, all I knew was that this thing came out, but it wasn't there. After getting excited I decided to go to the product page and check for others with the same issue. I've seen one person say they read the instructions carefully because the screw isn't easy to see. Wait a minute) I tried. I pocketed the key and turned the key to the right. Nothing really happened but if you leave the key like that, take an Allen key and stick it in the hole below where the screw should be and it will go in there a bit, you'll find it's hooked something magically . Then twist it and it tightens the knob and your problem is solved. Another reviewer stated that the hole was partially drilled, but it wasn't. It's that little spot where it snaps inside when you tighten that screw. There is already a screw on the outside handle, but it is easy to work with. Simply put the handle on and tighten with an Allen key. A NOTICE. The screws on such things are usually screwed in after the handle or are already in the handle. They don't work that way. You are on a shaft and you are actually turning the screw from the inside with a knob and when you loosen the screw it pushes against the knob holding it in place. So the hole that the screw goes in is really just a hole to put the allen wrench in and tighten the hidden screw. I know my comments may not be the best regarding instructions and I apologize for that, but this will help more than vague answers, ratings and instructions. Also if someone else posted this I'm sorry as I didn't see it when I posted this review. I thought about giving this 4 stars due to the lack of instructions but it really isn't. If others (including me) read the instructions in full, they will let you know. I just assumed I knew and understood. Definitely not. So I can see both sides when people want to present their point of view. Just note that the screw or screws are in place. They both differ in how you tighten them and they are already mounted on the shafts where the handles/knobs attach. Thank you Chris
