Dispenser broken in transit
Blades are ok. I use them to separate the tangles in our Border Collie's tail. If you work slowly and carefully, they do their job well. Upon delivery, the dispenser was broken and the blades were scattered in the mailer. Luckily no one ripped open the bag, which would have been a serious hazard.
