Review on COVERGIRL Foundation Titanium Sunscreen Packaging by Paul Stevens

I really like this foundation. I have very fair skin and I have a hard time finding a foundation that is light enough or doesn't have yellow undertones. That's great! I also love how soft, creamy and moist it stays and stays that way without creating fine lines or emphasizing imperfections. I read some reviews saying it's too heavy or sticky. I see how it can be when applied with the sponge applicator included in the container. Here's my top tip for flawless, easy makeup application, almost "airbrushing" (and you can add more coverage if you want): I take a SOFT makeup brush and wet it, shaking off excess water. The brush should be damp, not wet. Then I lightly pour it into the foundation and apply to each area in a circular motion until blended. Wet the brush, shake it and repeat with the next area. (I usually start with the eyes first, they act as a foundation/disguise/concealer all in one). It takes about 3 minutes to apply all over my face and the results are very natural, soft, yet it completely covers my dark circles, blemishes, etc, but doesn't have a heavy, sticky look. So that's my personal advice to anyone who wants to try it, it might change your mind about this foundation, which I think is a really great thing!
