As a former QC and Technician I was disappointed after unpacking the base unit and when I unpacked the base unit and turned it over I heard a clicking sound inside even without turning it on. So it wasn't a good place to start. However, I checked out the device to see if I wanted to try something different. Liked the ease of use and cleanability. Again I noticed another bug where the lights were running in a blinking code that could be a troubleshooting error message that could tell the techs what was wrong inside. So I just got another block and will try again. The number one reason people buy again is the quality control and durability of the item they buy.
