A great option for this money, one of the best offers.

All this trouble makes sense if you already have:
- NORMAL mother at 1156 with radicals on power circuits and overclocking.
- good memory of at least 8GB and holding 2022-2200 quietly from 1333 stock
- vidyuha is not worse than rx480oc.
With this config, even i5 750 at 3.8 holds any far cry, gta5, watch dogs2, metro ex. All on ultra (1680*1050), somewhere with vertical and anti-aliasing, some without.
Switching to 3440/50, etc. for games especially will not give a profit. The main coming will be in multitasking.
GTX1070 will be the best balance for these processors! Anything worse will rest against the vidyuhu.

If there are no such components, then the best budget right away is lga2022 Chinese + 2689. GTX 1080 will already be ideal for it.

Pros

Regarding the x3450: -on 072022 it costs about 940, and x3440 is about 920 on Ali. - my copy immediately took 4.2 on air from 4 pipes (but be sure to scalp for a constant, because the temperature is very high) - availability and fast delivery (11 days from payment to receipt) - in overclocking without a scalp and norms of air 3.8 for a constant without straining.
