Bulb broke on installation
I recently purchased this bulb from a local hardware store (at a significant premium over the Amazon price, I must add). Easy to install, requiring the bulb to be pushed to one side and inserted into the other, the bulb popped quite easily. It burst right in the pinched area (which the bulb I replaced didn't have). has replaced many of these types of lightbulbs in the past and has never blown one before.
