Great for creating a sit/stand desk
I bought two single monitors instead of a dual monitor for my dual monitor in my home office. I found this allowed more lateral freedom of movement. I'm not tall so I use it as a table to sit on. They are very durable and move up and down easily. I don't know what I would do without them as I have severe neck problems and sit/stand every hour. I've had them for a year now and they are like new. When you begin the installation, make sure you sit or stand so that the center of the screen is exactly where you're comfortable. If someone is over 5ft 4in then the range of motion will not suit me.
