I love the cinnamon version!
Cinnamon tastes very mild and I can gargle for 1 minute (or longer!) unlike all mint rinses. Quitting alcohol also helps and calms my mind (gargling alcohol every day inevitably has some effect on gums, and I wouldn't say it's a good idea). I wish I could find this in stores but alas, Revane comes to the rescue. My husband and I are both very happy with it! Edit: My dad had throat surgery and has since recovered as best he can. Since then, however, his throat and mouth have become very sensitive and this mouthwash is the only one he likes to use!
