These are nice little caps that can be removed and reused if you have strong enough hands. It takes a lot of effort to remove the cap so that you can use it again. I use them with bottom 5 gallon Primo bottles of refrigerant, so the lid has to be removed completely to install the jug. We bought this set instead of a similar set that costs less because it came with a jug removal tool. Closures for your bottles. When it arrived it was only 20 capsules. There is no tool. I have problems with the power in my hands, I even have to use tools to open jars and bottles in the kitchen. My husband is having elbow surgery next week and will not be able to remove the caps from our bottles for at least 4 months so we need a tool. It was our deciding factor in purchasing this particular product and it was not included. Very disappointed.
