This is the ONLY diaper rash cream that works for my son. He was getting thick, red rashes around his genitals and butt that his pediatrician chalked up to skin irritation/allergy. After switching to more natural diapers (Bambo Nature, for inquiring minds), the rash lessened but didn't completely disappear. I was trying every diaper cream under the sun but this is the only one that completely eliminated his rashes. This stuff is a godsend.Edit: I just want to add that sometimes the tubes are oily/runny as other reviewers are saying. Simply massage the bottle and shake it around, then you're good to go. (Even the bottles say to massage in order to mix it all together)
