This is the highest quality. They are durable, plastic handles are smooth and straight; perfect for rolling on the surface of the wind chimes I make. The metal tips are long enough to fit through the quilling carriage, but still leave enough room for the paper strips. I like the variety of handle lengths; The pens themselves are what I use for curling and smoothing the paper, and I shouldn't have any burrs, rough ends, or cheap plastic. They are durable and have a flawless finish. I like that they are transparent so I can see through them while working.
