Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with BIVEI Online Store. Although their selection of women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry seems promising, their merchandise quality and customer support should have been far better. The clothes I bought were badly manufactured, and the fabric seemed flimsy and inexpensive. The products did not appear as good in person as they did on the online, which disappointed me. The shoes were very uncomfortable, and the fitting was incorrect. But the thing I found most frustrating about BIVEI was their customer support. When I contacted them about my worries, I received a delayed response time and unsatisfactory responses. I didn't get the impression that they actually cared about fixing my problem or making sure I was a happy customer. BIVEI performs poorly in terms of both quality and customer service when compared to their rivals. Other online fashion merchants have significantly superior customer service and a bigger selection of high-quality products at comparable prices. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for a dependable and pleasurable buying experience to use BIVEI Online Store.
