Review on 🌱 Earth Mama Organic Perineal Balm: Essential Care for Pregnancy and Postpartum (2 Fluid Ounce) by Brian Chatum

Will definitely buy the step balm again!

After vaginal delivery I had a second degree tear and it hurt even when I sneeze; I felt like the seams would burst every time I pressed anywhere on my body. Every time I peed I felt a burning sensation and was afraid to go to the bathroom. I then researched every single pain reliever and settled on the Earth Mama Postpartum Pack (perineal balm, herbal perineal spray, herbal sitz bath). - brightening effect; Taking a hot sitz bath for 10 minutes twice a day usually helped. It didn't matter whether I used herbal sitz baths or not. As for the Herbal Perineal Spray, I liked the pleasantly refreshing cucumber scent and the cool feeling in the area I sprayed, but again I don't think there was any significant healing or pain relief. It was better than the herbal sitz bath in the sense that it lifted my spirits, but I wouldn't pay $10 for it if it didn't do the job. I loved the perineum balm and this is the only product I will be buying again for my future hospital bag or for my pregnant friends - it contains peppermint oil which gives an instant cooling sensation that will definitely reduce my pain. $11 was well spent, especially since a container will probably last you two months, which is enough for wounds to heal. , witch hazel pads, hospital kit (dermoplast pain spray, Tronlane anesthetic cream, dibucaine ointment 1% local analgesic, anti-itch hydrocortisone cream 1%, cold compresses, periflacon, etc.). The only three things I can recommend for postpartum are Earth Mama perineum balm, sitz bath, and peribottle.
