I am enjoying using this product for massage and toning. This product has several modes. It is good sized and solidly constructed. The knobs on the top kind of hurt if you get on it barefooted. The voice is loud when it connects to Bluetooth. The remote turns off my TCL tv. I don't care for that. The watch that comes with it will sync with your phone and take steps, heart rate, blood pressure, and O2 levels among other things. I like that, but it is kind of cheaply constructed. The materials (diet pamphlet and instruction manual), were translated from another language, so they don't make sense, but they are very funny!
